1640 Sepulveda, Cloud Management Group prominent office building in West Los Angeles, was the first multi-tenant office building to complete the SafeTraces air ventilation program and earn the coveted UL Verified Ventilation & Filtration certification. As a result, the building was featured on a segment at the local NBC News affiliate in Los Angeles, with prominent roles for Ted Bischak, founding prinicpal of Cloud Management Group Capital Partners, and Tracy Childress, Senior Property Manager.
